Job summary

Lotus Clinical Research is seeking a Clinical Research Project Manager to lead and manage global study activities in a fully remote US environment. You will oversee budgets, timelines, compliance, and communications among sponsors, sites, and internal teams.

The ideal candidate has 5+ years in clinical research, CRO or sponsor experience, and a track record of delivering high-quality study results on time. This is a full-time, remote role with broad cross-functional interaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life science or healthcare required, plus 5 years in clinical research.
• Experience managing external vendors and CRO projects is preferred.
• Experience leading operational teams through study start-up, conduct, data, and reporting.

Responsibilities

• Manage budgets, timelines, and communications for clinical studies.
• Serve as liaison between sponsor, team, and sites and ensure quality service.
• Oversee study start-up, vendor oversight, and regulatory compliance.
• Prepare study materials, protocols, and trial documents.
• Ensure SOPs and contract terms are met.
