ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring a Senior Global Study Manager (Sr. Project Manager) for a fully remote, direct hire, full-time position with no travel and full benefits in the United States.

The role focuses on running global clinical trials, leading cross-functional teams, and managing multiple vendors to achieve project goals. Ideal candidates will have 7–10 years of clinical study management experience, global trial experience, and a strong understanding of Clinical Operations.

Qualifications

• 7-10 years of clinical study management/project management experience.
• Global clinical trial experience required; EMEA and LATAM experience strongly preferred.
• Experience working effectively in a complex, matrixed environment with cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Run global clinical trials as Sr. Project Manager.
• Develop and execute project plans to achieve goals.
• Lead cross-functional teams to implement project activities.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to define project scope and requirements.
• Mentor team members and drive continuous improvement.
• Develop project documentation and reports for stakeholders.
