Job summary

Leica Biosystems is seeking a Senior Manager, Clinical Programs to lead global clinical trial execution for Danaher Diagnostics, supporting Leica Biosystems. This fully remote role reports to the Director, Clinical Development within the Global Clinical Affairs team.

You will guide study teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive milestones across Digital Pathology, IHC & ISH, CDx, and Medical Device programs. Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Healthcare, or a related field.
• Experience in clinical research and leadership roles.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic oversight for multiple clinical studies in Digital Pathology, and Immunohistochemistry (IHC) & In Situ Hybridization (ISH), Companion Diagnostics (CDx), and Medical Device.
• Lead, mentor, and manage a team of clinical study managers.
• Ensure studies are conducted in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines, regulatory requirements, SOPs, and study protocols.
• Manage program timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, identifying risks and mitigating them.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Clinical Science, Clinical Operations, Regulatory Affairs, Data Management, Biostatistics) for seamless study conduct.
• Oversee site selection and management for clinical trial activities.
• Contribute to development and implementation of clinical operations processes and best practices.
