Job summary

Modern Health is seeking a Client Manager to own employer relationships from launch through contract renewal. You will partner with Fortune 500 companies to drive product adoption and engagement, and over time client retention and growth.

You will work with senior HR executives and business leaders as a strategic advisor, using data-driven recommendations to improve outcomes and champion mental wellness across global clients.

Qualifications

• 6+ years managing client relationships or selling to HR leaders within B2B tech.
• Experience managing a book of business (30+ customers) across segments.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of client accounts, serving as the face of Modern Health for top customers.
• Build and manage relationships with global stakeholders including Benefit Managers and HR executives.
• Partner to support sales initiatives by representing Client Management and how we support customers.
• Conduct regular global account meetings to refine and align customer strategies.
• Collaborate with Global Client Managers to ensure consistent regional approaches.
• Drive engagement with mental wellness programs and convert clients into champions.
