Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Campaign Strategy & Operations Manager in the United States. You will own the operational foundation powering Stripe's global demand engine, building systems and workflows for faster, higher-impact marketing.

You will partner with Global Campaigns, Demand, and Field Marketing to drive planning, budgeting, and cross-functional execution across regions and channels, shaping the future of Stripe's demand function.

Qualifications

• 12+ years in demand generation, campaign & marketing operations, strategy and operations.
• Proven ability to partner with regional teams and channel partners to build scalable workflows.
• Experience deploying AI-powered solutions within campaigns or demand generation.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership on operating cadences and processes (monthly/quarterly reviews, annual planning, budget/resource allocation).
• Architect and implement scalable operating models for end-to-end campaign lifecycle across geographies.
• Monitor and improve campaign production and activation workflow to drive efficiency.
• Lead strategic programs to solve high-impact problems with measurable outcomes.
• Track and report on operational metrics and team performance for campaigns and events.
• Use analytics to inform hypotheses and prioritize improvements with cross-functional partners.
