Job summary

You will partner with Global Campaigns, Demand, and Field Marketing to plan strategically, design processes like budget management, and collaborate across regions to execute campaigns end-to-end.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of demand generation, campaign & marketing operations, strategy and operations roles with business/tech exposure.
• Proven ability to partner with regional teams and channel partners to build scalable workflows.
• Experience deploying AI-powered solutions within campaigns with measurable outcomes.
• Cross-functional experience spanning strategy, analysis, and operations in fast-paced environments.
• Excellent presentation, writing, and communication skills.
• Ability to navigate ambiguity with minimal guidance.
• Strong change management and stakeholder influence across global teams.
• Bachelor's degree in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership on operating cadences, budgets, and org-wide planning.
• Architect scalable operating models for end-to-end campaign lifecycle across regions.
• Analyze campaign production and activation to drive efficiency gains.
• Scope and lead strategic programs with measurable outcomes.
• Track and report key operational metrics and campaign health.
• Use analytics to identify growth opportunities across the demand funnel.
• Clarify ambiguity and empower teams to make data-driven decisions.
