Stripe is seeking a Campaign Strategy & Operations Manager to own the operational foundation powering its global demand engine. You’ll design processes, budgets, and workflows with Marketing, Self-serve, Startup and Sales Development teams to move faster and scale with discipline.

Qualifications

12+ years in demand generation, campaign & marketing operations, strategy and operations.
Experience partnering with regional teams and channel partners to build scalable workflows.
Experience deploying AI-powered solutions within campaigns with measurable outcomes.
Strong cross-functional leadership, analysis, and operational execution.

Responsibilities

Support the Global Campaigns, Demand and Field Marketing leadership on operating cadences, planning, budget and resource allocation.
Architect scalable operating models to support end-to-end campaign and event lifecycle across geographies.
Monitor and optimize the campaign production supply chain for efficiency gains.
Lead strategic programs, align stakeholders and ensure measurable outcomes.
Track and report on key operational metrics and campaign health.
Use campaign analytics to drive insights, prioritization and growth opportunities.
Bring clarity to ambiguity and empower teams to make confident decisions.
