Job summary

Stripe is seeking a Campaign Strategy & Operations Manager to own the operating foundation powering our global demand engine. You’ll build systems and workflows enabling marketing to move faster and scale, partnering with Global Campaigns, Demand, and Field Marketing teams to drive planning and allocation.

You will lead end-to-end campaign lifecycle across regions, channels, and events, applying analytics to improve engagement, conversion, and growth.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of demand generation, campaign & marketing operations, strategy and operations, or similar roles.
• Experience partnering with regional teams and channel partners to build end-to-end workflows.
• Experience deploying AI-powered campaign solutions with measurable outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Support leadership on operating cadences: monthly/quarterly reviews, annual planning, budgeting and resource allocation.
• Architect scalable operating models across global, regional, and channel teams from strategy to execution.
• Monitor the campaign production and activation pipeline to drive efficiency gains.
