Job summary

Council on International Educational Exchange (CIEE) is seeking a Business Analyst to bridge our IT and business teams in a remote US role. You will support the design, development, documentation, testing, and maintenance of software applications used to market, enroll, and support program participants.

The ideal candidate has 3+ years of relevant experience, strong communication and analytical skills, and Salesforce experience. International education experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of relevant experience.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills.
• 2 years of Salesforce experience.
• International Education/Exchange experience preferred.
• Ability to work in Agile environments with Product Managers.

Responsibilities

• Be an active member of an agile team and follow the Scrum framework.
• Work side by side with engineering and multiple business units.
• Assist in translating roadmap features to epics and stories.
• Assist in developing and documenting business requirements.
• Create reports, dashboards, and metrics to showcase outcomes.
• Collaborate with Product Managers on planning, refinement, and prioritization.
• Test and document systems, software, and services.
• Identify opportunities to improve efficiencies and performance.
