P3 Group seeks a Lead Android Automotive software Project Manager to drive frontend and backend integration for automotive clients. You will guide cross-functional teams, manage complex projects, and ensure timely delivery of innovative in-car solutions. Join a global team and shape architecture across Android Automotive, HMI, and IVI systems while collaborating with European and U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Automotive or related field.
• Experience managing technical projects in automotive software or related domains.
• Ability to guide Android Automotive integration, HMI and IVI systems.
• Develop and execute detailed project plans aligned with business goals.
• Strong client engagement and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Advanced English proficiency; German a plus.
• Familiarity with automotive industry standards and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Manage technical projects for automotive customers, overseeing planning and implementation of Android Automotive solutions.
• Serve as primary client contact, ensuring alignment on goals and milestones.
• Provide technical expertise on Android Automotive integration within system architectures.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams in Europe and the U.S. to deliver high-quality solutions.
• Develop tools, processes, and best practices to streamline partner engagement and ensure quality.
• Balance customer requirements with technical constraints and propose innovative solutions.
• Support concept design, testing, data analysis, and execution through all phases.
• Facilitate cross-team communication and stakeholder engagement to ensure timely delivery.
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts and drive growth.
• Occasionally travel to engage with global P3 teams.
