Job summary

ORC in North Carolina and South Carolina is seeking GIS Technicians at levels 1–3. You’ll produce maps, maintain parcel data, and support right of way projects using Esri ArcGIS Pro, geodatabases, and MS Office. Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of Esri ArcGIS Pro experience.
• Geospatial data management and geodatabase editing.
• Strong data quality and mapping skills.
• Ability to travel to HQ 2–4 times per year.

Responsibilities

• Produce maps, exhibits, and figures for right of way projects.
• Create and maintain parcel data, project layers, and geodatabase edits.
• Perform data entry, cleanup, and quality checks across GIS datasets.
• Respond to map and data requests from agents, project managers, and clients.
• Help maintain templates, symbology, and data standards.
• Perform general tasks that keep project mapping moving.
