O.R. Colan Associates, LLC (ORC) seeks a GIS Technician to support right‑of‑way mapping from a home office within North Carolina or South Carolina. This full‑time, exempt role reports to the Information Technology department.
You will produce maps and figures, maintain parcel data and geodatabases, perform data entry and quality checks, and respond to data requests from agents and clients while traveling to the Charlotte HQ 2–4 times per year.
