Matrix Systems & Technologies Inc is looking for a talented GIS Programmer/Systems Analyst to join our team in Towson, MD. This is an exciting opportunity to work at the intersection of geospatial technology and systems development, helping to build and maintain cutting-edge GIS solutions.

Qualifications

• Five years developing/modifying applications using J2EE/.NET/JavaScript/HTML/C#/Python.
• Three years with ESRI ArcGIS tech: ArcGIS Server, APIs, Esri SDKs, ArcSDE.
• Experience with ArcGIS Model Builder and Python; SQL/stored procedures.
• Reports development with SSRS and Power BI; relational databases (Oracle/SQL Server).
• Strong communication; bachelor’s degree and five years in related fields; recent government experience.

Responsibilities

• GIS application development in an Enterprise GIS environment.
• Code review, documentation, planning and development.
• Database development.
