Job summary
GeoAcuity is seeking an Entry-Level GIS Developer to join our remote consulting team in Hanover, NH or remote. You will work with senior geospatial staff to automate GIS workflows, build custom tools, and support geospatial analyses for federal and commercial clients.
You’ll gain hands-on experience with the Esri suite, open-source GIS, and AI/LLM integration as part of a fast-paced, collaborative environment. This role emphasizes skill development and practical, real-world impact.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in GIS or a related field, or 2–4 years of professional geospatial experience.
- Hands-on experience with the Esri ecosystem (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online).
- Working proficiency in Python for GIS automation and tool development (ArcPy, ArcGIS API for Python).
Responsibilities
- Assist in automating GIS workflows and building custom tools for geospatial analysis.
- Support geospatial analyses for federal and commercial clients.
