Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in GIS or a related field, or 2–4 years of professional geospatial experience.
• Hands-on experience with the Esri ecosystem (ArcGIS Pro, ArcGIS Enterprise, ArcGIS Online).
• Working proficiency in Python for GIS automation and tool development (ArcPy, ArcGIS API for Python).

We are seeking a motivated Entry-Level GIS Developer to join our remote consulting team and grow with us. You\u2019ll work alongside experienced geospatial professionals to automate GIS workflows, build custom tools, and support geospatial analysis for federal and commercial clients. This is a hands-on role for someone eager to develop their technical skills in a fast-paced consulting environment where modern technologies — including AI and open-source GIS — are part of the daily toolkit.
