Qualifications

• Experience with GoHighLevel (GHL) platform.
• Ability to troubleshoot GHL workflows and automations.
• Strong spoken English for client-facing support.
• Prior call center or technical support experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Answer incoming client support calls and identify the issue.
• Troubleshoot common GHL issues during the call.
• Guide clients through GHL functions with clear instructions.
• Document unresolved issues for backend investigation.
• Maintain professional, patient communication on every call.
• Escalate to the back-end team when needed.
