Job summary

Mursion is seeking a part-time Simulation Specialist to deliver authentic, language-specific simulations in German and English. This role requires professional acting experience, strong communication, and the ability to work overnights (12am–8am ET) from a private quiet workspace with a stable wired internet connection.

Candidates must reside in the United States and meet the listed state requirements. The position offers 20–30 hours per week at $28 per hour, with paid training of 65–85 hours

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years as a professional actor; improv experience preferred.
• Native proficiency in German and English for dual-language delivery.
• Previous customer-facing work in service or hospitality is a plus.
• Availability Mon-Fri 12am-8am ET for overnight shifts.
• Commitment to 20-30 hours per week; ability to complete a paid training of 65-85 hours in 4-6 weeks.
