Job summary

Mursion is seeking Simulation Specialists for overnight, part-time roles delivering immersive simulations using digital avatars. You will act professionally, engage learners effectively, and maintain high EI in a remote setting.

Ideal candidates are native-proficient in EU-Spanish and English, with at least 3 years of professional acting experience (improv preferred) and a background in customer-facing roles.

Qualifications

• At least 3 years' experience as a professional actor, with improv experience preferred.
• Native-proficiency in Spanish (EU) and English; able to deliver scenarios to clients in both languages.
• Experience in customer-facing roles or industries such as hospitality or service.
• Willingness to work Mon–Fri during overnight hours (12am–8am ET).
• Able to commit to 20–30 hours per week and complete paid training (65–85 hours over 4–6 weeks).
• Excellent written and verbal communication; strong organizational skills.
• Private, quiet work location with a stable internet connection (wired; 20 Mbps down, 5 Mbps up).
• Reside in one of the specified US states.

Responsibilities

• Deliver a variety of trained scenarios accurately and professionally, aligned with learning objectives.
• Portray multiple perspectives using Mursion’s technology and provide fair learner feedback.
• Facilitate reflection debriefs with diverse learner groups and maintain learning objectives.
• Complete session tasks and attendance forms; stay compliant with policies and IP protections.
• Prioritize availability and scheduling; manage training and internal meetings as needed.
• Provide consistent, high-quality customer service as the session host; adhere to conduct policies.
