saas.group is seeking a German-speaking Performance Marketing Lead to own the paid performance standards across a portfolio of B2B SaaS brands. You will lead a freelancer network, work hands-on on the top accounts, and set the strategic direction for paid channels.

You will manage Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn ads, and collaborate with data analytics on tracking, CRM integration, and reporting. This is a remote role with ownership of 25+ brands.

Qualifications

• Several years owning paid budgets (€1M+ per year) while staying hands-on.
• B2B lead-gen experience on search, with long sales cycles.
• Experience across very different budget sizes; small budgets to six figures monthly.
• Deep Google Ads and Microsoft Ads expertise; strong LinkedIn Ads.
• German at C1 or native; fluent English.

Responsabilités

• Own paid performance strategy across the portfolio and run top accounts hands-on.
• Lead and support our PPC freelancers with targets and budgets.
• Advise brands on strategy and budget allocation, with push back when needed.
• Build systems, documentation and reporting to scale performance across brands and freelancers.
• Collaborate with data analytics on tracking, attribution and CRM data flow.
