Job summary

saas.group is seeking a German-speaking Performance Marketing Lead to oversee paid media across a portfolio of B2B SaaS brands. You will own strategies, maintain quality standards, and directly manage the most valuable accounts while leading a network of PPC freelancers.

You’ll collaborate with analytics and the M&A team on tracking, attribution, and onboarding new brands, driving performance across Europe and beyond in a fully remote setup.

Qualifications

• German-speaking with strong copywriting for ads in German and English.
• Hands-on with large budgets and ability to own campaigns end-to-end.
• Experience in B2B SaaS, lead generation and multi-brand management.
• Ability to manage a freelancer network while maintaining quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Own paid performance strategy across the portfolio and run top accounts hands-on.
• Lead and mentor PPC freelancers, set targets, review budgets, and align marketing.
• Advise brands on strategy and budget allocation, push back when needed.
• Develop systems, documentation and reporting to scale across brands and freelancers.
• Collaborate with analytics on tracking, attribution, and CRM data flow.
