Job summary

IQVIA is seeking a Clinical Trial Psych Rater (German-speaking) to work remotely on a part-time basis (10–16 hours per month) as part of the Clinical Specialist team. The role focuses on reviewing scales and guiding raters on methodology and scoring while supporting rater performance and documentation.

Ideal candidates hold a Master’s degree in psychology or related fields and have at least 3 years of clinical and research experience with psychiatric assessments.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree (MA/MS) in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatric Nursing, Social Work, or equivalent. MD/DO/PhD preferred.

Responsibilities

• Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions with relevant documents.
• Conduct live feedback sessions on assessment methodology and scoring.
• Complete assigned tasks and rater interactions on schedule.
• Submit documentation accurately and on time.
