Job summary

The candidate will engage with raters, provide guidance on scoring techniques, and support rater performance through mock interviews and documentation updates. Remote, 10–16 hours per month.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatry, or Social Work.
• MD, DO, or PhD preferred for advanced qualifications.
• Minimum 3 years in psychiatric assessments or clinical interviews.

Responsibilities

• Participate in required orientation, training, and calibration.
• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions with documents ready.
• Conduct live feedback with raters on methodology and scoring.
• Complete tasks and documents according to schedule.
