Job summary

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in Psychology, Counseling, Psychiatry, or Social Work (MD/DO/PhD preferred).
• Minimum 3 years administering psychiatric assessments, rating scales, or structured interviews (e.g., MINI, MADRS, CAPS, PCL-5, CGI, PANSS).
• Minimum 3 years clinical experience with psychiatric populations.
• Minimum 3 years administering scales in clinical research trials (excluding grad/doctoral work).

Responsibilities

• Participate in orientation, training, and calibration activities.
• Review case data and prepare for rater discussions with relevant documents.
• Conduct live feedback sessions on methodology and scoring.
• Complete assigned tasks and rater interactions on schedule.
• Submit required documentation accurately and on time.
