Job summary

Mercor is seeking experienced physicians fluent in German to help train and evaluate AI agents. You will build workspaces and files, write prompts, and create grading rubrics based on real medical work as performed in Germany, all from a remote setting.

This pilot program runs roughly 21 hours per week at $120 per hour, with the timeline Oct 23 to Nov 19. Candidates should have 5+ years of clinical practice, a German medical degree (top-20 in Germany), and Approbation or Facharzt qualifications.
