TalentWorldGroup, a global multilingual contact center, seeks a German-speaking Sales Consultant (L2) for remote freelance work. You will conduct video sales calls, guide customers through MISUMI products, and close deals while maintaining CRM records.

Training is paid (€14/hour) with production (€15/hour), 20+ hours/week minimum, and a long-term project opportunity. The role requires German at C2 and strong English, with B2B sales experience and professional client interactions.

• Proven sales experience with direct closing of deals.
• Experience conducting video sales calls with clients.
• Experience managing CRM and customer follow-ups.

Mansioni

• Prepare and execute video sales calls, presenting MISUMI products and closing deals.
• Represent the client professionally during customer-facing video calls.
• Manage data in the CRM and maintain accurate records of customer interactions.
• Keep strict follow-ups and outcomes with timely follow-ups.
• Use internal/external email, calendars, and CRM in an integrated manner.
• Support L1 and administrative tasks during idle periods.
• Collaborate with international teams to meet performance goals.
