Job summary

Sailor Health offers full-time, W2 therapy roles for California-licensed clinicians to provide virtual mental health care for older adults from home. Start at 25 hours/week with a flexible, fee-for-service structure and no marketing or referrals required.

You will receive wraparound support, dedicated clinical leads, and a team approach across all 50 states, with a focus on geriatrics, ongoing training, and competitive benefits, including health, dental, vision, and a 401(k) with employer

Qualifications

• Active, independent California clinical license (LCSW/LMFT/LPCC or equivalent).
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans for each patient.
• Work independently within a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.

Location: Fully remote (California-licensed) | Schedule: You set it, 7 days a week available

We offer full-time, W2 employed opportunities for independently licensed California therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Start at 25 hours per week and build from there.
