Sailor Health is recruiting licensed therapists for a fully remote, fee-for-service teletherapy role serving older adults nationwide. We provide caseload, admin support, and a collaborative clinical team to help you thrive from home.

Choose part-time or full-time, 1099 or W2 options, set your schedule across 7 days, and benefit from dedicated clinical leads, regular paid case consultations, and access to geriatric-focused training.

Qualificações

• Active, independent clinical license: LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent
• Licensed in Texas
• Fluent in both English and Spanish — able to conduct full therapy sessions in Spanish
• Master's or doctoral degree in social work, counseling, psychology, or marriage and family therapy
• Experience working with older adults, seniors, or geriatric populations preferred
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way

THE POSITION

Location: Fully remote | Schedule: You set it, 7 days a week available

We offer part-time and full-time opportunities for independently licensed therapists (LCSW, LMHC, LMFT, LPC, or equivalent) on a flexible, fee-for-service basis. Start at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2) and build from there.
