Job summary

Sailor Health, Inc. is a nationwide virtual practice transforming mental healthcare for older adults, offering clinicians the chance to work from home with a built-in caseload and administrative support.

We provide part-time and full-time opportunities for licensed psychologists (PhD/PsyD) on a fee-for-service basis, starting at 15 hours per week (1099) or 25 hours per week (W2). Clinicians enjoy dedicated clinical leads, real-time admin support, and a team-based environment.

Qualifications

• Doctoral degree in psychology (PhD or PsyD) from an APA-accredited program.
• Active, independent license to practice psychology in Texas.
• Experience working with older adults or geriatric populations preferred.
• Comfortable with telehealth platforms and electronic health records.
• Medicare billing experience a plus — we handle it either way.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality, evidence-based psychotherapy to older adults in a virtual setting.
• Design personalized treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
• Work independently while being part of a collaborative, supportive care team.
• Manage documentation efficiently using our streamlined EMR and AI documentation tools.
• Participate in regular (paid) case consultations.
