Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a geospatial field and two years of relevant experience.
• Strong written and verbal communication; able to present to diverse audiences.
• Ability to develop and deliver engaging geospatial demonstrations and training.

Responsibilities

• Develop, design, and deliver presentations, briefings, and geospatial products for training and demonstration purposes.
• Support training activities and demonstrations per client requirements.
• Perform customer outreach and respond to questions related to geospatial technologies and products.
• Troubleshoot technical problems and provide appropriate assistance or recommendations.
• Deliver technical demonstrations to customers and stakeholders.
• Communicate technical geospatial information effectively to Homeland Security communities.
• Research geospatial and technical information and provide findings to support customer needs.
• Collaborate with team members and stakeholders to develop training and outreach materials.
• Assist with preparation and maintenance of technical documentation and outreach materials.
• Maintain a professional and customer-focused approach with government clients.
