Job summary

You will direct a team of geologists, prepare analyses, and consult with stakeholders to ensure compliance and public health across Pennsylvania.

The role involves supervising inspections, coordinating emergency responses, and telework options up to three days per week.

Qualifications

• Active professional geologist license required.
• Bachelor's degree in geology or closely related field required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee hydrogeologic evaluations to inform regulatory decisions.
• Direct, plan, and assign work for licensed professionals and trainees.
• Prepare technical analyses and provide consultations to applicants and officials.
• Supervise inspections for public water system sites and evaluate contamination risks.
• Coordinate geologic review for drinking water incidents and emergencies.
