Job summary

Natera is seeking an experienced Sr Product Manager to lead the Altera tumor genomic profiling line. You will own the product lifecycle from prioritizing features to crafting a strategic roadmap, shaping performance, and driving market success.

You will collaborate across Molecular Biology R&D, Software, Sales, Marketing, Clinical/Medical, Operations, Regulatory, and Business Development to deliver outcomes that improve patient care. Strong leadership and finance skills are essential.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Statistics, Engineering, or related fields (Master’s or PhD preferred).
10+ years of relevant experience, including 5+ years in product management, product marketing, commercialization, or strategic consulting.
Experience with oncology products, diagnostics, or medical devices, particularly in molecular testing or somatic biomarker testing, is strongly preferred.
Proven track record of leading product management initiatives in the life sciences or biotech industry.

Responsibilities

Develop and execute the product roadmap for the Altera genomic profiling product line.
Prioritize features and initiatives, balancing customer needs and operational constraints.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful product execution.
Oversee product performance and drive continuous improvement strategies.
Conduct VOC interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to inform development.
