Job summary

Natera is seeking a Sr Product Manager to lead the Altera genomic profiling product line from ideation to commercialization. You will shape the roadmap, prioritize features, and work with Molecular Biology R&D, Software, Sales & Marketing, Regulatory, and Operations to maximize product value and patient impact.

You will drive market research, VOC efforts, and financial modeling to justify investments, while collaborating with senior leadership to align strategy with company goals.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in product management, product marketing, commercialization, or strategy.
• Experience with oncology products, diagnostics, or medical devices preferred.
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional programs and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the roadmap for the Altera product line.
• Oversee product performance, define metrics, and drive improvements.
• Conduct VOC interviews, market research, and competitive analysis to inform development.
• Build compelling business cases and financial models for product initiatives.
• Collaborate with Marketing, Regulatory, Sales, and R&D to launch and position products.
