Qualifications

• Master's Degree in Genetic Counseling is required.
• ABGC/CCGC Board Certification or eligibility with 1+ year of relevant professional experience.

Responsibilities

• Support high-quality clinical curation of databases, test menus, and multi-gene panels following professional guidelines.
• Collaborate with client-facing and laboratory teams to maintain clinical information streams (website, test portals, requisitions, reports, EHR integrations).
• Abstract clinical information to phenotype ontology for genomic testing and curate panels based on literature/guidelines.
• Act as SME on ethical considerations in genetic testing (consent, privacy, data sharing, incidental findings, equity).
• Collaborate with molecular geneticists and other departments to provide high-quality test results and meet organizational goals.
• Support content creation for reports, publications, and training materials.
