Job summary
RapidSeedbox is seeking a hands-on General Manager to lead the company through its next growth phase. This remote, executive role reports to the Founder/CEO and offers potential to step into the CEO position based on results.
You will bridge strategy and execution across product, growth, engineering, and operations to drive sustainable revenue and profitability in a lean organization. You will own the end-to-end growth fabric, optimize the self-service subscription model, and influence culture
Qualifications
- Experience growing a B2C SaaS product with self-service subscription.
- Strong track record in driving ARR growth and profitability.
- Hands-on leader who can operate across strategy and execution.
Responsibilities
- Identify opportunities to increase revenue, profitability, and operational effectiveness.
- Optimize the B2C customer journey from acquisition to monetization.
- Establish goals, KPIs, dashboards, and accountability across teams.
- Coordinate execution across Product, Engineering, IT Operations, Marketing, and People Ops.
- Translate business priorities into clear initiatives for technical teams.
- Stay close to customers to guide product and growth decisions.
- Gradually assume P&L ownership and drive sustainable growth.
- Build scalable systems and leadership to support growth.
