Job summary

RapidSeedbox is seeking a hands-on General Manager to steer the company’s next growth phase in a fully remote setting. The role blends strategic leadership with execution across product, growth, and operations, reporting directly to the Founder/CEO.

You will drive revenue, profitability, and scalable processes in a lean, bootstrapped environment. You’ll own the P&L, guide the product and go-to-market strategies, and manage a global remote team.

Qualifications

• Strong track record in growing a B2C SaaS product with self-serve subscription.
• Experience leading cross‑functional teams in product, growth, and engineering.
• Proven ability to own P&L and drive revenue/profit growth in a lean org.

Responsibilities

• Identify opportunities to increase revenue, profitability, and operational efficiency.
• Optimize the B2C customer journey (acquisition, onboarding, activation, retention).
• Establish company KPIs, dashboards, and accountability systems.
• Coordinate efforts across Product, Engineering, IT Operations, Marketing, and People Ops.
• Turn business priorities into clear initiatives with technical teams.
