Qualifications

• 5+ years of General Manager or Operations Manager experience in a high-volume, customer-focused setting.
• 2+ years of running more than one location or shift simultaneously.
• Proven ability to hit throughput, speed and cost targets while managing resources.
• Experience building schedules, cross-training staff, and relocating personnel as needed.
• Comfortable in a regulated environment with adherence to written procedures.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations across all sites, including production flow and inventory.
• Set and track KPIs, report results weekly to leadership.
• Standardize workflows across locations for consistency.
• Identify bottlenecks and use automation before adding headcount.
• Manage staffing, onboarding, cross-training, and performance reviews with PICs.
• Support new-site openings with staffing plans and go-live prep.
