Zusammenfassung

Source is seeking a General Manager to lead Project Dynamics, owning full P&L and acting as the primary executive during the transition. You will integrate Project Dynamics into Source’s platform, drive revenue growth, and manage expenses with cross-functional partners across Finance, Sales, Operations, and HR.

You will oversee revenue planning, cash management, and cost controls, while preserving client relationships and the team’s reputation during the transition.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or a related field.
• Proven experience as GM, Principal, Sales Leader, or Purchasing Director; multi-line sales or rep experience with purchasing background is a strong fit.
• Strong commercial and sales instincts with solid financial understanding.
• Proven ability to manage toward growth targets and OKRs while driving deal-level strategy post-close.
• People leadership and change management skills during organizational restructuring and systems transitions.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership to manage complex internal project teams and influence C-suite stakeholders.

Aufgaben

• Take ownership of the Project Dynamics revenue plan from the M&A Lead and drive performance against it.
• Monitor cash position and coordinate with Finance to resolve issues or collections.
• Review and control day-to-day expenses and AP to align with ROI and plans.
• Realize all assumptions in the deal model for revenue, cost, and timeline.
• Lead sales-led go-to-market and support outbound with the Sales team.
• Maintain client relationships and build new pipelines adjacent to current clients.
• Ensure smooth integration with Source’s systems and operating model.
