Job summary

Source is seeking a General Manager to lead Project Dynamics, the company’s recent acquisition, and to serve as primary executive and full P&L owner. The role reports to the CEO on an interim basis during integration.

You’ll own revenue, cash flow, expenses, and client relationships, and turn deal assumptions into real results from Day 1. Remote, US-based, with a path to scale the business within Source’s platform.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Finance, Business, or related field.
• Proven experience as GM or senior leadership in multi-functional orgs.
• Strong financial and strategic execution capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Take ownership of revenue plan and drive performance to targets.
• Monitor cash position and manage expenses to ROI goals.
• Realize and act on assumptions from the acquisition deal model.
• Lead GTM and sales efforts alongside the Business Development team.
• Retain talent and align with Source's operating model during integration.
