Job summary

Source is hiring a General Manager to lead Project Dynamics, the company’s recent acquisition, as the primary executive and full P&L owner reporting to the CEO on an interim basis.

You’ll own revenue, cash flow, expenses, client relationships, and daily operations, turning acquisition assumptions into real results from close onward. You’ll inherit a strong team and two founding owners engaged in a smooth transition.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Business, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• GM/Principal/Sales Leader/Purchasing Director with multi-line sales and purchasing background is a strong fit.
• Strong commercial and sales instincts paired with solid financial understanding.
• Proven ability to manage toward growth targets and OKRs post-close.
• People leadership and change management skills for restructuring and transitions.
• Exceptional cross-functional leadership to manage complex internal project teams and influence C-suite stakeholders.
• Proven ability to build strong cross-functional relationships and align two functions.
• Understanding of purchase agreements and accounting mechanics; partner with Finance and Legal as needed.

Responsibilities

• Own the Project Dynamics revenue plan from the M&A Lead and drive performance against it.
• Monitor cash position and drive actions to resolve issues or collections.
• Review and resolve day-to-day expenses and AP against ROI and strategic plans.
• Realize all assumptions in the acquisition's deal model for revenue, cost, and timeline.
• Lead a sales-led go-to-market by leveraging existing relationships and outbound efforts.
• Lead win-back efforts and build new prospecting pipelines near current client base.
• Coordinate client communication through the transition to ensure satisfaction with Source.
• Keep account management boundaries aligned with deal objectives and Source org.
• Coordinate Project Dynamics’ events and marketing within budget.
