Job summary

Parexel is seeking an experienced General Manager, FSP to lead a strategic client relationship within our global clinical research operations. You will oversee delivery, financial performance, resourcing, and client partnerships across a large-scale portfolio.

As the senior executive for the FSP account, you will drive growth, deliver exceptional service, and align Parexel capabilities with client priorities, while building high-performing teams and guiding strategic initiatives in a dynamic,

Qualifications

Significant leadership experience (10 years) in CROs or related healthcare research orgs.
Experience leading large, matrixed, geographically dispersed teams.
Experience managing strategic customer relationships at executive levels.
Strong financial acumen including budgeting, forecasting and profitability management.
Proven ability to drive operational performance across complex portfolios.
Experience supporting business development, proposals, and client presentations.
Excellent analytical, negotiation, influencing, and decision-making skills.
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences, Pharmacy, Nursing, Healthcare, or related field.

Responsibilities

Strategize and oversee account-level operational delivery with resource planning.
Drive financial performance and margin improvement.
Lead and develop a skilled, motivated team.
Establish and monitor KPIs and drive data-driven decisions.
Serve as the primary account contact and lead governance meetings.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities within existing FSP accounts.
