Job summary

Parexel is seeking a Manager, Production Services to lead the Clinical Trial Supplies & Logistics team in a remote US-based capacity. You will guide production planning, packaging and labeling operations, and batch documentation while ensuring GMP/GDP compliance and timely delivery.

This leadership role shapes the structure of a global Production Services function and partners with cross-functional teams across regions to drive operational excellence and client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Life Sciences, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Logistics, Engineering, or related discipline, or equivalent experience.
• 6–10+ years of experience in clinical trial supply chain, pharmaceutical production, clinical logistics, or a related regulated environment.
• Strong knowledge of Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) requirements and clinical supply chain operations.
• Experience with production planning, packaging design, labeling operations, and supply chain execution.
• Ability to identify risks, resolve operational issues, and implement mitigation strategies.
• Strong project management, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
• Fluent English communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop Production Services team to high performance.
• Oversee clinical trial supply production workflows and schedules.
• Monitor progress, manage priorities, provide escalation for complex challenges.
• Support packaging, labeling, manufacturing support, batch documentation, and production planning.
• Ensure GMP and GDP compliance and regulatory requirements.
• Drive problem solving and mitigation planning for risks.
• Support supplier compliance, quality metrics, audits, CAPA, and continuous improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional stakeholders to ensure project success.
• Contribute to operational excellence and lean initiatives.
• Support growth through internal initiatives and client-facing activities.
