Qualifications

• Experience handling high-exposure General Liability claims.
• Ability to develop claim/defense strategies and settlements.
• Strong collaboration with clients and legal counsel.

Responsibilities

• Reviews reports and forms, responds to inquiries, and seeks resolution.
• Handles high-end cases with serious injuries and complex coverage.
• Coordinates with client designees and local counsel as needed.
• Identifies subrogation opportunities and manages process.
• Attends mediations, trials, or hearings as required.
• Supports early return-to-work through collaboration with partners.
