Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred.
• Five (5) years of General liability claims management experience required.

Responsibilities

• Reviews and acts on reports; responds to inquiries; seeks legal opinion and resolution.
• Handles high-end cases with serious injuries and complex coverage.
• Coordinates with clients and legal counsel; monitors progress.
• Identifies settlement opportunities and develops defense strategies.
• Attends mediations, trials or hearings as needed.
• Works with partners to support early return-to-work.
