Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Record and maintain financial transactions in the general ledger.
• Prepare and post journal entries, including accruals, reclassifications, and adjustments.
• Reconcile general ledger accounts with supporting documentation and subsidiary records.
• Investigate and resolve discrepancies in accounting records.
• Assist with monthly, quarterly, and year-end closing procedures.
• Review account balances for accuracy and completeness.
• Maintain organized accounting schedules and supporting documentation.
• Assist with bank and other account reconciliations.
• Prepare routine accounting reports and financial schedules.
• Assist with accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, and other accounting functions as needed.
• Ensure transactions are coded to the appropriate accounts, departments, and cost centers.
• Support the preparation of financial statements and management reports.
• Maintain accurate and confidential financial records.
• Assist with internal and external audit requests by providing supporting documentation.
• Follow company accounting policies, procedures, and internal controls.
• Perform other accounting duties as assigned.
