Job summary

Stone Management is recruiting a General Counsel to serve as the legal head for a growing crypto fund. This role leads legal execution and strategy across investments, fund structures, and regulatory matters, working closely with the investment team and CFO.

It is a hands-on, operator role in a fast-moving, crypto-native environment, requiring 7–10 years of legal experience with venture transactions and related areas, plus demonstrated crypto interest and regulatory familiarity.

Qualifications

• 7–10 years of legal experience (law firm, in-house, or a combination).
• Strong experience in venture transactions, private markets, fund formation, or adjacent areas.
• Demonstrated interest in crypto; familiarity with digital assets, fintech, or related sectors is preferred and regulatory frameworks knowledge is listed.
