Eligibility:

• 7–10 years of legal experience (law firm, in-house, or a combination; big law is not required).
• Strong experience in venture transactions, private markets, fund formation, or adjacent areas.
• Demonstrated interest in crypto is required; prior experience in digital assets, fintech, or related sectors is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with regulatory frameworks relevant to financial services and/or crypto (SEC, CFTC, FinCEN, or global equivalents).

Salary/Remuneration: $275,000.00 - $325,000.00 per year (Base pay) + Annual Bonus
