Intelligence Federal seeks an experienced General Attorney – Federal Contractor Compliance and Litigation to support our contract with the EMCBC Office of Chief Counsel (OCC). This full-time contractor role will provide legal research, drafting, contract compliance, and litigation support, with a significant focus on DOE contractor oversight and 10 CFR Part 719 compliance.

This is a full time position and eligible for full benefits package through Intelligence Federal.

Competenze

7+ years of legal practice as an attorney.
7+ years of litigation experience.
4+ years with contractor compliance in the Federal sector.
Strong research, analysis, and writing skills.
Strong federal government contract and/or agreement drafting experience.
Experience with federal contracts and government contractor oversight.
Active bar membership in good standing in at least one U.S. state.
Ability to work remotely and travel as requested.

Mansioni

Draft legal analyses, opinions, and memoranda on contractor management and regulatory compliance.
Perform legal research on 10 CFR Part 719 and related procurement law.
Support negotiations with contractors and prepare relevant documentation and authorities.
Draft internal and external memoranda, correspondence, and other legal documents.
Review submittals (Legal Management Plans, budgets, Letters of Engagement) for 10 CFR Part 719 compliance.
Review attorney billing rates for reasonableness against regulatory standards and benchmarks.
Support agency attorneys in general and environmental law groups with research and markup of documents.
