Workiy Inc. is seeking a seasoned Machine Translation (MT) and GenAI Engineer to design and optimize multilingual content workflows. You will integrate leading MT platforms, build GenAI-driven translation pipelines, and apply Kiro/Vibe engineering practices to create scalable AI language solutions.

The role requires hands-on experience with LLMs, RAG, and vector databases, along with Python, REST APIs, and cloud-native architectures. This is a remote position in the United States.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of software/AI engineering experience.

Responsabilités

• Design end-to-end MT and localization solutions.
• Integrate MT platforms like DeepL, Google Translate, Microsoft Translator, Amazon Translate, Smartling, Phrase, Lokalise, SDL Trados/RWS.
• Develop GenAI-powered translation workflows using LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Build AI-assisted content generation, translation, summarization, and localization pipelines.
• Apply Kiro/Vibe engineering principles to scalable AI language solutions.
• Develop APIs and integrations between translation platforms and enterprise systems.
• Design prompt engineering frameworks and translation quality evaluation processes.
• Implement automated translation QA and post-editing workflows.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define technical solutions.
• Optimize translation performance, latency, accuracy, and cost.
• Monitor AI model performance and improve translation quality.
• Ensure security, privacy, accessibility, and governance compliance.
• Create technical docs and architecture diagrams.
