Job summary

GCS Recruitment Specialists is seeking a Machine Learning Engineer / Data Scientist to help build a next-generation AI-driven translation platform. You will work on GenAI, LLMs, NLP, and CV to translate text, images, and video across 130+ locales.

You will design and deploy production-grade ML solutions, fine-tune models, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive scalable, low-latency translation at enterprise scale.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience fine-tuning and optimizing LLMs for production.
• Strong background in NLP, ML, DL or GenAI.
• Proficiency in Python and large-scale AI environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and deploy scalable ML and GenAI solutions for multilingual translation.
• Fine-tune LLMs and NLP models for production environments.
• Build AI pipelines supporting translations across 130+ languages.
• Collaborate with ML, software, product and MLOps teams to deliver production-grade solutions.
• Research advances in LLMs, NLP, CV, and GenAI to enhance platform capabilities.
