Job summary

Workiy Inc. is seeking a seasoned Machine Translation (MT) and GenAI Engineer to design and optimize multilingual content workflows. You will integrate leading MT platforms, build GenAI-driven translation pipelines, and apply Kiro/Vibe engineering practices to create scalable AI language solutions.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Design end-to-end MT and localization solutions.
• Integrate MT platforms like DeepL, Google Translate, Microsoft Translator, Amazon Translate, Smartling, Phrase, Lokalise, SDL Trados/RWS.
• Develop GenAI-powered translation workflows using LLMs and RAG architectures.
• Build AI-assisted content generation, translation, summarization, and localization pipelines.
• Apply Kiro/Vibe engineering principles to scalable AI language solutions.
• Develop APIs and integrations between translation platforms and enterprise systems.
• Design prompt engineering frameworks and translation quality evaluation processes.
• Implement automated translation QA and post-editing workflows.

Role Overview

CTS is seeking a highly skilled Machine Translation (MT) and Generative AI Engineer with hands-on experience in modern translation platforms, AI-powered language solutions, and Kiro/Vibe engineering practices. The successful candidate will design, develop, integrate, and optimize intelligent translation and multilingual content workflows leveraging machine translation technologies, large language models (LLMs), and AI-driven automation frameworks. This role requires expertise in machine translation ecosystems, GenAI technologies, prompt engineering, workflow orchestration, and scalable language processing solutions. The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, architects, developers, and AI teams to deliver enterprise-grade multilingual and localization capabilities.

Key Responsibilities
